Leader wellbeing is the strongest predictor of organizational wellbeing and performance, outperforming traditional interventions by a wide margin.

Based on data from 2,400+ leaders and employees across sectors, the evidence is robust and consistent.

  • 56× more effective than stress management programs in improving organizational wellbeing.
  • 50× more effective than wellbeing apps.
  • 11× more effective than conventional employee wellbeing initiatives in driving performance.
  • Wellbeing is a leadership capability, not an HR add-on.
