Terms of Service
By purchasing access to any course, program, or bundle as an individual purchaser, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Purchases made through this checkout are strictly for individual use.
Purchases intended for organizational, team, enterprise, or multi-user use require a separate written agreement. Organizations must contact Alexia Georghiou through the form listed at the bottom of this page prior to purchase to establish appropriate licensing and contractual terms.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access upon purchase, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted, except where required by applicable law.
SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs)
All courses are approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification.
Approval does not guarantee credit. Each participant bears sole responsibility for:
- Retaining their certificate of completion
- Accurately entering the SHRM activity ID and all required information into the SHRM recertification portal
- Complying with SHRM’s recertification policies, eligibility requirements, and deadlines
The provider disclaims all responsibility for credit denial resulting from inaccurate submission, failure to enter required information, or individual certification status.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates of completion are issued solely for educational and continuing education documentation purposes. They do not confer professional licensure, certification, or credentialing beyond stated SHRM PDC eligibility.
Intended Use and Scope
All content is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Course materials do not constitute legal, medical, mental health, or clinical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation.
Intellectual Property and License Restrictions
All course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the provider. Individual purchasers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sublicensed, resold, or used for organizational training without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the course materials.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
